Warranties and Returns

All Claims must include invoice numbers and date of purchase. All goods returned must be authorized by appropriate credit documentation.

Claims for incorrect/short delivery or damaged goods received must be notified in writing within 7 days from date of delivery. When the buyer has nominated a carrier for delivery of goods, responsibility for loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Claims for faulty goods must be notified in writing immediately upon discovery of fault. Faulty goods returned will be credited where workmanship or materials have been proven defective against the manufacturer.
